Job Description
Lead Roofer/Foreman (Repairs & Maintenance / Roof Replacement):
Key Responsibilities:
Repair and install different types of roofing systems such as: tile, built-ups, bitumen, shingle, single-ply, and metal.
- Troubleshoot roof leaks on service calls
- Supervise roofing crews
- Use equipment such as: boom lifts, scissor lifts, and forklifts
- Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures
- Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
- Maintain compliance with contract documents, plans, specs & applicable building codes
- Oversee daily schedule, daily report documentation and punch lists
- Photo document work progress
- Additional duties and responsibilities required
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License required
- Must be able to pass a background screening and drug screening
- Knowledge of both commercial and residential roofing systems
- Physically capable of handling all aspects of roofing repairs
- Strong working knowledge of job site safety
- Excellent communicator, both oral and written
- 5+ years roofing experience
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation
